The Role of the Reseller – Workplace Recovery solutions
iWASP operates a reseller/partner channel. This means that individual resellers can utilise our products to supplement and add value to their business were they have no, or only a limited amount of, business continuity products at their disposal. As an iWASP reseller/partner our client engagement process is very flexible. On a case-by-case basis, resellers/partners can opt to manage all client engagement themselves or simply act as referral partners.
Reseller Grades :-
Hands On Partner :-
Client engagement is wholly managed by the partner who will negotiate all details with the client and the iWASP member directly. This is suitable for partners with their own business continuity products where they would be directly involved in the event of an invocation i.e. IT reseller partners.
Joint Partner :-
Client engagement will be managed at pre agreed levels by both the reseller and the iWASP member. This is suitable where some complimentary products are being supplied by the reseller partner i.e. Insurance Brokers.
Referral Partner :-
Client engagement is managed by the iWASP member fully after the initial partner referral.
